Loving this new nail polish from American Apparel. It's a little bit like new years eve on your nails.

Update

Just a quick blip of my life after South Africa.
I think I mentioned early that I choose to quit American Apparel before I left. Well, I was planning on coming home and immediately looking for a job, but I decided to visit my family in Ottawa for Christmas. I leave on the 21st of December so finding a job a little difficult.
So I am staying unemployed until January. I must say it's a little liberating not having a job. I have all day, everyday to do whatever I want. Not having very much money kind of sucks, but I have a wonderful boyfriend who is helping me out for the time being and I'm having fun playing housewife.

I've started a diet as well since I gained ten pounds on my vacation (totally worth it). Nothing crazy just eating less and healthy. And of course trying to exercise more, which means walking and yoga for me. I hate the gym.

That's it for now. I'm trying to enjoy not working as much as possible, and with no job in the way I can blog everyday. I won't, but I do want to put more effort into this blog! Anyway I have a few holiday post coming up soon! Can't way for Christmas!

The last of SA Trip

OK, so I've been able to jam about 5 weeks into four blog post, not to bad.  These photos are from the wedding and the remaining part of our trip in Drakensburg.  The wedding was beautiful! and Drakensburg is amazing, we stayed with the brides family on their mansion on the lake.  The wedding was a bit unusually, there was a dinner on Friday for all the guests, a hike the next morning and night golf later, and then Sunday was the ceremony and reception.  The next four days we spent relaxing in Drakensburg, swimming in a rock pool, wake boarding, boat rides on the lake, dinner out, etc.  It was amazing.

More SA

Here is a few more pictures of my trip.  Addo elephant game park where we saw lots of different kinds of animals.  The elephants were adorable. Umhlanga was beautiful, great beaches with the Indian Ocean.  I really wanted to learn to surf, but sadly I never got chance. Hlehleuwe and St. Luica had more animals and great company.  Took a boat ride to see crocodiles and hippos, but they mostly hung out under the water because it was so windy.

South Africa Continued

A few more pictures of my time in Stellenbosh for wine tastings, Hermanus for whale watching, and Victoria Bay to swim in the Indian ocean.  Vic bay was my favorite spot I visited it.  I honestly could have lived there for the rest of my life. The ocean was right outside the house we stay at, I did yoga on the beach in the morning, and spent the rest of time swimming in the ocean, sunbathing and watching the surfers catch waves.

Back from South Africa

I'm back and I had a wonderful time!  I'm not sure if I ever said what I was going for, but  my boyfriend's brother married a South African so they got married at her parents weekend home.  We spent 2 and 1/2 weeks traveling the garden route; Cape Town, Stellenboshe, Hermanus, Victoria Bay, Addo Elephant Game Park, then we drove to meet everyone else in Umhlanga before the wedding spent a few days in Hlehlelwe and St. Luica and then Drakensburg for the wedding and a couple days afterwards.

It was amazing! I could go on and on about what we did but a picture is worth a thousand words.  Here are a few from the first part of my trip more to come later.
